We offer customers 24hrs to inspect their plants, and report an issue for a full refund, return or replacement if they are not satisfied. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or replacement after we evaluate the situation to determine the cause for the issue and if there was a lack of care or mishandling of the plants that caused the issue. We promise to always do our best to accommodate the customer and provide them with the cleanest-healthiest plants possible and to be here for you every step of the way.

None of your personal information or order information will be shared with any third-party. Your information is kept in our system for only our purposes of fulfilling your orders, efficiently.
