We offer customers 24hrs to inspect their plants, and report an issue for a full refund, return or replacement if they are not satisfied. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or replacement after we evaluate the situation to determine the cause for the issue and if there was a lack of care or mishandling of the plants that caused the issue.
