We reserve the right to refuse the refund or replacement after we evaluate the situation to determine the cause for the issue and if there was a lack of care or mishandling of the plants that caused the issue. We promise to always do our best to accommodate the customer and provide them with the cleanest-healthiest plants possible and to be here for you every step of the way.
